General Information

FREE Parking, concessions, restrooms, family friendly fun, VIP upgrades, and corporate hospitality. 

Ride share services are available for all events at The Secure Testing Services Pavilion on the Hanover Vegetable Farm. 

  • Designated pick-up and drop-off is located at the HVF Market, 13580 Ashland Road, Ashland, Virginia 23005.
  • Guests are strongly encouraged to schedule and confirm return transportation in advance through their preferred ride share app to ensure timely departure following the event.

  • Outside Cups or Flasks – Hydro / Stanley / Tervis / etc.
  • All Weapons
  • Cameras
  • Video / Audio Recording of ANY kind

  • Manage reserves the right to ban any additional items at their discretion.

Ticket Information

  • If a show is postponed, ticket buyers will have the opportunity to request a refund within 30 days of the postponement announcement.
  • If a show is canceled, refunds will be issues automatically from the point of purchase within 30 days.
  • Note: We are NOT responsible for tickets purchased through a third party. 

All In Tickets – advertised price includes all ticket venue fees. 

  • Tickets can be purchased here through our website, from out ticketing vendor Ticketstobuy, and at the door, subject to availability. For online or by the phone purchases, we used Ticketstobuy. By Phone: (804) 893-4000.
  • The purchaser assumes all risk when purchasing tickets from any unauthorized individual, company, or online auction service.

The Will Call area located in the main entrance tent near the front gate and ticket sales.

Children 10 and under and with a parent/guardian holding a GA Lawn Ticket are admitted free. However, due to the design of the VIP upgrades, PIT and Reserved Seating areas, all ages must have a ticket. 

The TIKI VIP UPGRADE includes access to an exclusive area with a private bar, covered seating areas, a private portable restroom & sink, complimentary water, soda, beer, and $5 wine and spirit drinks. Complimentary dinner served from 6pm-8pm.

The Will Call pickup opens approximately 30 minutes prior to gate on show day.

The purchaser assumes all risk when purchasing tickets from any unauthorized individual, company, or online auction service. Tickets deemed counterfeit or obtained by fraudulent means will be confiscated and destroyed without admission to the concert and without refund.

Yes, if the concert or festival is not sold out in advance. 

Event Day Information

All events are rain or shine. Please check our Facebook for any delays or schedule changes.

Yes. Accessible seating is provided for wheelchair seating, and companion seating is also available upon request. Please Purchase tickets for the event then contact our ADA Assistant regard your needs.

Please! Feel free to bring a lawn chair to enjoy our little piece of paradise. Just be careful not to bring any item that may obstruct the view of the stage for other patrons. Umbrellas, tents and other large items will not permitted. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. NOTE: Lawn chairs may be prohibited for some shows.

The Lawn area accommodates General Admission Ticket Patrons.

Yes! There is a patron friendly food court providing a variety of foods and non-alcoholic beverages as well as picnic table seating. 

We cannot guarantee a person will not be standing in your direct view. We ask for patrons to respect one another at our shows. Seats in the Gold Circle area are reserved seats.

Covered reserved seating offers patrons the best assigned reserved seats in the house. Covered from the elements and closest to the stage! These tickets are higher prices than general admission tickets.

Free parking is available on-site.

Tailgating is NOT permitted.

Concerts: Gates are generally at 5:30PM unless otherwise noted.

Festivals: Gates are generally at 12:00PM unless otherwise noted.

GATE TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

Cash and credit cards are accepted.

All events are held rain or shine. Tickets are valid regardless of weather conditions. In the event that severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control required a performance to be delayed, postponed, or canceled for safety reasons, Event Pour Entertainment reserves the right to modify the event schedule. If a performance is postponed, tickets with be honored for the rescheduled date. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be issued only in the case of a full cancellation and in accordance with the event’s official refund policy. 

Professional Cameras with detachable lenses are expressly prohibited as are video recording devices. Most artists do not object to small cameras. Artists has Exclusive Rights in Image Producing. No Refunds to concert patrons who choose to leave the concert if artist denies their usage of their camera.

Yes. The following items are not allowed into the venue: Food, Beverages, Drugs, Weapons of any kind, Professional Cameras, Coolers, Baskets, Large Bags, Tents, Large Umbrellas. (exception for rain; small collapsible allowed)

Concerts: NO, umbrellas are not permitted during concerts. Please prepare for weather conditions. (Ponchos, rain gear, etc.)

Festival: YES, umbrella may be brought into the venue during festivals.

  • The Secure Testing Services Pavilion is A ZERO TOLERANCE venue relating to: WEAPONS, ILLEGAL DRUGS/ILLEGAL DRUG USE, FIGHTING and UNDERAGE DRINKING.
  • WEAPONS POLICY: Weapons of ANY type, whether legal or illegal (guns, knives, mace, etc.) are strictly prohibited in the venue without exception. Patrons found to be carrying prohibited items by security at the admission gate will be advised that they can take the prohibited item(s) to their vehicle or not attend the show. (No refunds are issued for those electing to leave.) Admission is Only granted to those free of weapons and firearms. Anyone found in possession or prohibited item in the venue will be escorted from the venue without a REFUND. No Exceptions.
  • DRUG USE POLICY: Any Patron Found Possessing Illegal Drugs or Using Illegal Drugs at The Secure testing Services Pavilion or anywhere on venue property during show (including all parking areas) will be turned over to the proper legal authority and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. No exceptions.
  • FIGHTING / GUEST CONDUCT & SAFETY POLICY: Fighting, aggressive behavior, or any form of physical confrontation will not be tolerated at the Secure Testing Services Pavilion. Any patron involved in such behavior during concerts, festivals, or other events will be immediately removed from the venue without refund. Individuals engaged in disorderly or unlawful conduct may also be subject to action by local law enforcement.
  • UNDERAGE DRINKING: All patrons interested in consuming alcoholic beverages must be id’d and wrist banded by authorized personnel prior to ordering any drink. Event Pour Entertainment management works in concert with ABC control agents to locate underage drinkers with false ID’s or those who have acquired wrist bands surreptitiously. Offenders will be removed from the venue and may be subject to further legal action by local law enforcement.
